Our journey began with a clear vision: to offer exceptional support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID), empowering them to thrive in their communities.

Who We Serve
We serve people with an IQ of 69 or with an approved related condition with an IQ of 75 or below. Our community members also have mild to severe adaptive behavior challenges. We work hard to ensure that everyone eligible for Medicaid benefits and not enrolled in other waiver programs receives the focused attention they deserve.

We are a Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) provider with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. We specialize in an area often overlooked – providing tailored support to those with intellectual disabilities.
